Azerbaijian: Ancient Ties, Land of the Future

—March 12, 2015, Cambridge, Massachusetts. – For the first time at HKS story organized cultural event Azerbaijan: Ancient Ties, Land of the Future. The public program Azerbaijan: Ancient Ties, Land of the Future cultural event celebrating the culture and contributions of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be presented at Harvard Kennedy School. The program features Azerbaijani Cultural Event at Harvard Kennedy School community. The program will include, but not limit to:
Presentation, enjoying our national Cuisine-Food and Desserts, free magnets of the country, Questions about the Azerbaijan (Gifts), souvenirs from capital Baku, Novruz Holiday, information about Karabakh, Kjolaly and the opportunity to interact with experts on Azerbaijani culture and heritage, representatives from Azerbaijani Embassy to Washington attended, and T.C. Boston Başkonsolosluğu-Turkish Consulate General in Boston Mr ÖMÜR BUDAK gave a speech about Azerbaijan in general. Country’s history, culture, customs, traditions and national cuisine, as well as get acquainted with traditions of Novruz Holiday a national holiday.
“International Day of Novruz” on the declaration of the information provided by the participants and pleasant impression aroused great interest. 1st Olympic Games in Azerbaijan this year.

National Leader Heydar Aliyev gave special importance with (to) cooperation with the United States, this policy is successfully continued by President Ilham Aliyev emphasized.
By the way, the date of the restoration of independence between the two countries in various fields, especially in the field of education and culture laid the foundation for a dynamic and fruitful cooperation.
